Do I need a home inspection?

Yes! The home inspection is a critical part of the home-buying process. A good home inspection can save you time and money while also protecting you and your family from potentially hazardous conditions.

How long with the inspection last?

Most home inspections take 2-4 hours to complete based on the size and aspects of the home being inspected. Times can vary due to the condition of the home and its components as well as certain elements that require more time such as attics and crawlspaces.

How long does it take to receive my report?

Once the home has been inspected reports will be sent out within 24 hours. If you have any questions regarding any aspect of the report we are happy to walk you through any findings for as long as you own your home.
